THE ASSIGNMENT
TALORIM is recruiting event stagehands / crew members for assignments in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
You will work on events, productions and technical installations alongside on-site teams, particularly during preparation, setup and dismantling phases.
Your duties may include:
• loading and unloading vehicles and trucks
• handling and transporting event and technical equipment
• moving flight cases and equipment around setup areas
• assisting with the setup and dismantling of installations
• laying out, routing, protecting and storing cables
• supporting sound, lighting, video, structure and production teams
• preparing and tidying technical and backstage areas
• maintaining an organised and safe working environment
• following instructions from team leaders, production managers and technical supervisors
PROFILE
Motivated beginners are welcome.
Initial experience in events, live entertainment, handling, logistics or a technical environment is appreciated but not required.
Above all, we are looking for serious, punctual and reliable people who can work effectively as part of a team.
The role involves physical handling, carrying equipment and active work on site.
A category B driving licence is an advantage.
You must also be comfortable using a smartphone and basic digital tools to manage assignments and operational information.
WORKING HOURS
Assignments may take place during the day or at night, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, depending on client and event requirements.
Some assignments may start early in the morning or finish late at night.
Good availability and a degree of flexibility regarding working hours are therefore important.
