Privacy policy.
TALORIM processes only the data required to manage applications, employer requests, user enquiries and website security. The French version remains the reference text.
Data controller
TALORIM, a French SASU with share capital of €5,000, 72 B allée Darius Milhaud, 75019 Paris, France, SIREN 104 880 034, is the controller for personal-data processing carried out through www.talorim.fr and its associated recruitment tools.

Data processed and purposes
Applications. When you apply for a role, TALORIM processes in particular your first and last name, email address, telephone number when provided, CV, the role concerned and technical information required to transmit and secure the application.
Employer requests. When an employer submits a staffing requirement, TALORIM processes in particular the company name, contact identity and details, sector, role requested, headcount, location, dates, working hours, urgency and constraints supplied.
Contact and security. Information voluntarily supplied in exchanges with TALORIM is used to respond to the request. Technical data such as the IP address may be processed for security, abuse prevention and proper operation of the service.
At the initial public-application stage, the website does not request identity cards, French health cards, social-security numbers, bank details or other sensitive administrative documents. If such documents later become necessary for employment or an assignment, they are requested through an appropriate channel.
Legal bases
Handling an application or staffing request is based primarily on taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Follow-up exchanges, recruitment organisation and website protection may also rely on TALORIM’s legitimate interests in managing its activity, securing its services and preventing abuse.
Where a processing activity relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Recipients and hosting
Data are accessible only to authorised TALORIM personnel and, where necessary, technical providers acting on its behalf within the scope of their duties.
The website is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure. Application and employer-request forms are transmitted to TALORIM internal systems through authenticated private links. TALORIM does not sell personal data collected through the website.
The public-form processing described here is designed to take place in France or within the European Economic Area. If a transfer to a third country became necessary, TALORIM would implement the required safeguards and update this policy.
Retention
Data are kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Applications are retained while the relevant recruitment process is handled and may, where a candidate pool is maintained, be kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless you object or a contrary legal obligation applies.
Employer requests are retained for the time necessary to handle the requirement and follow up the relationship, then archived where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical security data are retained for a period proportionate to their purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and request data portability where applicable.
To exercise your rights, use the Contact page or email contact@talorim.fr. TALORIM may request additional information strictly necessary to verify your identity where there is reasonable doubt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
Cookies and human decision-making
In the version currently deployed, the public TALORIM website does not include advertising trackers or audience-measurement tools requiring prior consent. Strictly technical mechanisms may be used where necessary for operation or security.
Digital tools and automations used by TALORIM help organise and transmit information. Recruitment decisions are not made solely by automated processing.
