THE ASSIGNMENT
TALORIM is actively recruiting event riggers and stagehands for assignments in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
You will carry out rigging, lifting and installation operations for structures and technical equipment during event setup and dismantling.
Depending on the assignment, your duties may include:
- preparing rigging and lifting equipment;
- installing the rigging points specified in the technical setup;
- setting up motors, slings, accessories and lifting equipment;
- assisting with the installation of temporary structures;
- working at height when required for the assignment;
- coordinating with structure, lighting, sound, video and production control teams;
- visually inspecting the installations completed within your scope;
- strictly complying with safety procedures and instructions.
Genuine experience in rigging, event rigging or event structures is required.
The required training, certifications and authorisations depend on the precise scope of the assignment.
The ability to work at height and good harness-handling skills are particularly important for the assignments concerned.
A CACES R486A certification may also be required when the use of a mobile elevating work platform is planned.
Assignments may take place during the day or at night, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, depending on the events.
